Use this page when your team needs help narrowing an instrument path, reviewing calibration expectations, or organizing documentation for a measurement workflow. The most useful request includes the measurement variable, operating range, sample or signal condition, installation environment, output format, certificate need, and any deadline that affects purchasing or service planning.
Global remote guidance for laboratories, industrial sites, utilities, electronics benches, telecom teams, and field measurement programs.
Send the requirement through the form and Ysi will route it to product selection, service planning, or documentation support.
Requests are reviewed with attention to time zone, installed base location, and whether the matter affects a commissioning or audit date.
A detailed inquiry prevents the common back-and-forth that happens when a product name is separated from the actual measurement requirement. If the request involves a sensor, include storage condition, expected life concern, sample chemistry, and whether the reading will be used for release, monitoring, troubleshooting, or safety. If the request involves an electrical test instrument, include voltage category, waveform behavior, logging need, probe type, and any report that must be kept with the job file. If the request involves process instrumentation, include media, pressure, flow, level, temperature, signal output, and approval region. Photos of the installed point, a brief procedure excerpt, or a current calibration record can also help the advisor understand what the measurement must prove. For urgent work, mention whether the deadline is linked to commissioning, production release, a maintenance shutdown, or an audit response.
Two-column quote form
The form is intentionally structured around practical selection details. Ysi advisors can then respond with a narrower product category, service consideration, and documentation checklist instead of a broad catalog reply. When the first message includes the reason the measurement matters, the response can focus on fit, service evidence, and next steps rather than asking for basic context again.
